Dalam semangat pembinaan kepemimpinan dan pengabdian, Rotary Club yang telah memberikan sponsor bagi peserta Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) 2025 memiliki peluang besar untuk terus membina hubungan dengan mereka.
Para peserta RYLA 2025 telah tergabung dalam WhatsApp Group khusus, yang menjadi wadah interaksi, kolaborasi, serta penguatan jejaring kepemimpinan muda.
Sebagai bagian dari Theory of Change RYLA 2025, kesinambungan pembinaan ini tidak hanya berhenti pada program utama, tetapi juga harus berkembang menjadi ekosistem kepemimpinan yang lebih luas. Dalam hal ini, Alumni Association of Rotary District 3410 termasuk RYLA 2025, yang dipimpin oleh PP Ardian Arda, diharapkan dapat memainkan peran aktif sebagai jembatan antara peserta, sponsor, serta komunitas Rotary yang lebih besar, sekaligus menindaklanjuti rencana aksi peserta guna memastikan dampak berkelanjutan.
Melalui platform ini, Rotary Club dapat terus mendukung peserta dengan bimbingan, peluang keterlibatan dalam proyek sosial, serta koneksi dengan mentor dan profesional di berbagai bidang. Evaluasi program ini akan dilakukan secara sistematis oleh AG Eckart Schumacher, yang hasilnya akan menjadi bagian penting dalam laporan kepada Club District Support Rotary International serta diketahui oleh Rotary International Director dalam konteks District 3410 Growth Strategy Report, edisi 31 Maret 2025. Laporan resmi ini juga akan disampaikan kepada District Secretary John Soe, sebagai bagian dari upaya memastikan kesinambungan strategi pertumbuhan distrik.
Untuk memperkuat kesinambungan dan dampak dari program ini, pemimpin District 2024–2025 juga dapat merujuk serta mengaitkan laporan dan strategi yang telah dipublikasikan dalam artikel Bulletin tertanggal 25 Februari 2025, berjudul “Membangun Pemimpin Muda di Baturraden”, serta Bulletin Laporan tertanggal 15 Maret 2025, berjudul “RYLA 2025: Investasi dalam Kepemimpinan Masa Depan”.
Kedua publikasi ini memberikan perspektif lebih mendalam mengenai perjalanan RYLA 2025, tantangan, serta potensi keberlanjutannya dalam mencetak pemimpin muda yang kompeten dan berintegritas.
Dengan demikian, dampak jangka panjang dari RYLA dapat semakin nyata, mempercepat akselerasi perubahan positif yang diusung dalam program ini. RYLA bukan sekadar acara—ini adalah investasi dalam pemimpin masa depan. Saat mereka berkembang, berkontribusi, dan membawa perubahan di komunitas masing-masing, keterlibatan Rotary akan menjadi bagian integral dari perjalanan mereka.
Mari kita tidak hanya berteori, tetapi menjalankan visi ini dengan penuh kesungguhan, sehingga District 3410 terus berkembang, berdampak lebih luas, menjangkau lebih banyak individu, serta semakin terlibat dan beradaptasi dalam membentuk generasi pemimpin yang peduli, berintegritas, dan berdaya.
RI DISTRICT 3410 RYLA 2025 CONTINUITY: ROTARY CLUB COLLABORATION & SUSTAINED SUPPORT
In the spirit of leadership development and service, Rotary Clubs that have sponsored participants of the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) 2025 have an excellent opportunity to continue fostering relationships with them.
The RYLA 2025 participants are now part of a dedicated WhatsApp Group, serving as a platform for interaction, collaboration, and strengthening leadership networks.
As part of the Theory of Change for RYLA 2025, this continuity in leadership development should not stop at the main program but must evolve into a broader leadership ecosystem. In this regard, the RYLA Alumni Association, led by PP Ardian Arda, is expected to play an active role in bridging participants, sponsors, and the broader Rotary community while following up on participants’ action plans to ensure sustainable impact.
Through this platform, Rotary Clubs can continue to support participants by providing mentorship, opportunities for involvement in social projects, and connections with professionals across various fields. The program evaluation will be systematically conducted by AG Eckart Schumacher, whose findings will be an integral part of the report submitted to Club District Support Rotary International. This report will also be reviewed by the Rotary International Director within the context of the District 3410 Growth Strategy Report, scheduled for release on March 31, 2025. Additionally, the official report will be presented to District Secretary John Soe to ensure alignment with the district’s long-term growth strategy.

Thus, the long-term impact of RYLA will become even more tangible, accelerating the positive change envisioned in this program. RYLA is not just an event—it is an investment in the future of leadership. As participants grow, contribute, and drive change in their communities, Rotary’s involvement will remain an integral part of their journey.
Let us not just theorize but take deliberate action to turn this vision into reality. By doing so, District 3410 will continue to grow, expand its impact, reach more individuals, and actively adapt to shaping a generation of compassionate leaders, who have integrity and are empowered to make a difference.
