As Council Services notified you on 12 November 2024, Rotary has received an appeal of RI Board Decision 160, point 1, from the May 2024 Board meeting. We are now sharing electronic copies of the materials. Please click each of the links below and review the following materials carefully:

On 2 December 2024, you, as Council representative, will receive an email from Council Services with your personal link to the voting page from the provider Qualtrics. Do not share this link, it is only for you. You will have from 2 to 16 December 2024, midnight central daylight time, to vote. Each representative will have one vote on the following question:
• Shall the Decision of the Board, Decision 160, point 1, Sections a. and b., May
• 2024, be sustained?
You may vote either “yes” to sustain the Board decision or “no” to overturn the Board decision. The decision of the Board will be sustained if a majority of votes cast are “yes.”
